The challenge
An automobile manufacturer transforms itself into a mobility provider – and establishes a software organisation with several thousand employees. How do you organise the initial phase of collaboration between new colleagues from different areas of the group when only one thing is clear: we want to shape the mobility of tomorrow and establish a new culture of collaboration and leadership to achieve this.

Establish and operate agile Launch House that brings transformation to life (‘Walk In Change’)
Launch House operations with +40 people from 20 internal entities and partners
Collaboration Manifesto with jointly supported principles
Develop a collaboration model that does not require disciplinary leadership
Weekly sync days in cross-functional teams. Operational work takes place during the week between sync days
Switch to digital formats during the Covid-19 pandemic
Results
Launch House operates for several months before the software spin-off begins operations
Development of new corporate brand/branding, corporate design, intranet presence and change communication.
Future employees and managers are informed about their new employer.
