Challenge

For sportswear manufacturer PUMA SE, we established a three-stage training programme, in which employees can advance from beginner level (Agile Rookie) to professional Agile Coach.

  • Three-stage training programme with three training levels: Agile Rookie, Agile Facilitator and Agile Coach, each with approx. 30 training hours

  • Modular structure with 15 training units covering topics such as Agile Basics, Kanban, Scrum, OKR, Design Thinking, Meeting & Workshop Facilitation, Visual Facilitation, Feedback & Reflection, Agile Leadership, Coaching and Supervision

  • High level of participant engagement through live training situations, interactive group work and gamification elements

  • Global application through a remote-first approach, elimination of travel costs
