And the OIA goes to...

2026 has landed. You are cordially invited to our Annual Kick Off and premiere of the Org Innovator Award (OIA) on February 19, 2026 in Berlin.

It is our pleasure to present the first Org Innovator Award to Engin Çatık, Headmaster of Friedrich-Bergius-Schule in Berlin. The Integrated Secondary School in Berlins Schoeneberg district was was already considered somewhat of a lost cause – until innovator Engin Çatık arrived on the scene and, in a joint effort with his colleagues and students, gave many of the schools old ways a new spin. Or as he puts it, ‘essentially, we built a new school’.

In a live talk with Engin Çatık, we will discuss the attitude, ingredients and challenges behind this success. Followed by celebrating our award winner with drinks & treats in a wonderful transformation property in the Weissensee district.
